Before Recognition Recordings emerged, even as an idea, there were experiments in rhythms conducted by Jacek Sienkiewicz in his first bedroom “studio”. “Recognition Zero” brings together some of these tracks, recorded around 1996 without any sequencer, utilising only two machines and some noisy field recordings. This is raw and direct, upstanding minimal acid techno music made around 1996.
