The Begin label from James Holdroyd ha continually served up the most sublimely serene downtempo and Balearic sounds. Winter might be coming to us in the UK, but not in this artist's world, because Alldaydream is another exquisite musical getaway. The warm and humid 'Super Barrio' rolls on gentle drums and is awash with dreamy pads, while 'Above' features some neat piano playing and grown up grooves with plenty of Spanish overtones. The title track is another fine fusion of lounge, acoustic guitar, funk and adult disco for sunset parties on the beach.
