12 months on from the release of Hunee's lauded Hunch Music full-length, Rush Hour has decided to release a pair of previously unheard reworks of album favourites. Stuttgart dynamo Mick Wills handles the A-side, turning "Hiding The Moon" into a spaced-out chunk of low-slung, late night techno (think sparse synth motifs, bubbling grooves, occasional acid lines and spooky atmospherics). Sex Tags deviant DJ Fett Burger serves up his interpretation of "Crossroads" on the flip, cleverly combining deep space ambient aesthetics with heavy dub bass, and hip-house era breakbeats. It sounds like an after-party destroyer in waiting.
