DJ Hyperactive and Woody McBride originally teamed up as Fuzz Face and served us freaky, wigged-out techno in 1996. While their sole release under the name, Far Out, was presented as an EP, you might as well consider it an album with its eight tracks stretched across four sides. Faithfully repressed and still sounding as relevant today as it did back then, this is a masterclass in acid techno that keeps the sonic warm and inviting even as they barrel deep into the heart of narcotic night music with that unmistakable Midwest rave spirit.
