Suicide Commando (7", purple vinyl) 1000 copies, additional stamp on label.
No More were a seminal German minimal wave group from Kiel who made their name in 1981 with the single 'Suicide Commando'. Centered around Andy A. Schwarz and Tina Sanudakura, their sound is everything you want from lo-fi DIY synth music in the post punk era - icy cold, propulsive, grainy but shot through with fuzzy warmth from those gnarly synth lines. The track has attained a reputation through the decades thanks to the likes of DJ Hell remixing it and Mannequin Records doing an extensive repress of the 1984 12" release, but now El Caballo Semental have returned focus to the original 7" pressing, faithfully capturing the stark and spooky feel of the sleeve and reviving the forgotten B-side, 'In A White Room'.
