The sleeve visual was created by computer artist Julien Gachadoat using a custom software that translates the sound frequencies of the album into visible shapes. The original edition was printed with the pen plotter axidraw while the sleeves themselves were printed thanks to silkscreen printing at Atelier14.
Satoshi Tomiie is a real house legend with a rich and long history. While many of his peers no longer make music as fresh as they once did, this new project under his moniker Sato is classy indeed. It takes listeners on a mindful journey across an eight track double album of deep-as-you-like dub. Along the way, ambient, house, minimal and more all unfold into these languorous and horizontal soundspaces. They are tonic for mind, body and soul and the sleeve was created by computer artist Julien Gachadoat using custom software that translates sound frequencies into visible shapes.
