Four talented chefs join forces and present the first volume of Amuse-Bouche, served courtesy of new label Take Away - based out of sunny Los Angeles. The label proudly states that it delivers music for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the A side we have the hyperspeed disco tool "Umami Dance" by Lamia Tobira, followed by the sweet edit of an underground goodie by Edith Folky named "Cognac Cookery". On the flip, get your groove on with the funked-up "Have You Seen Al?" by Karol Themsel before dessert is served by Duane Pale's wicked B side dub "Give Tony A Slice". Take notice, this is not a one-man show, together all four erase the distinction between sweet and savoury.
