There's little information about this white-label affair, though further investigation reveals that it's a new series from Paris's prolific YYY Distribution camp. The man at the controls is apparently Emil Bogdan (if the Internet is to be believed, at least). He begins with the impressively spacey and tactile "Land of Nowhere", where attractively futuristic chords and lilting synthesizer flourishes rise above a lolloping drum machine beat and squidgy synth bassline. Turn to the flipside for more elastic fun in the shape of bustling box jam "Random Thought" and the shimmering broken deep house/tech-house fusion of "Finest Times". A promising debut, all told.
