The masters of the Turkish disco edit are back! This time round, you'll find two previously unheralded rework merchants at the controls. Ozerbey handles the A-side, delivering a wonderfully evocative, hypnotic and occasional chugging re-edit of an obscure Turkish disco treat full of sweeping strings, crunchy Clavinet lines and clipped, Nile Rodgers style guitars. On the B-side, you'll find two superb cut-and-splice jobs from Turkish cosmic disco specialist FOC Edits. First he serves up the meandering Persian electric piano solos, mazy synthesizer lines and low-slung grooves of "Demdir Dem Bu Dem", before playing around with percussion on the denser, rolling late night sleaze of EP highlight "Neredesign". The track's combination of killer disco drum breaks and half sung/half-spoken vocals is particularly alluring.
